STUFFED CHICKEN CROWN COATED IN GREEK PASSION
In homage to the Mediterranean cuisine, we have come up with our own Stuffed Chicken Crown coated in Greek Passion sauce at Colleran’s Butchers. We stuff a chicken crown with our delicious mixed herb stuffing and then smother the chicken in Greek passion sauce, (a combination of rosemary and garlic oil). All customers have to do is pop it in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Roast potatoes and salad are excellent sides to complement this dish.
