STUFFED PORK STEAK
The stuffed pork steak at Colleran’s Butchers is a superb dish to serve for evening dinner. We take a thick, juicy, pork steak and fill it with our own onion and sage stuffing to create a flavour packed meal. Cook in the oven for 45 minutes and serve with vegetables.
Tip: sliced cold leftovers, if there are any, are great in sandwiches the next day.
